Sebring

Week 4 at Sebring

After being sick last week druning Mosport we arived at Sebring.
This is a track I realy enjoy, and I had a blast during practice making some realy good laptimes. I had some bad luck in qualifying witch put me back at P6, but I didnt think it would matter that much as I was very quick on this track compared to the previus tracks this week.

I had a poor start with lots of wheel spin witch put me back a few places. That was just the start.... Entering T1 I had some guy on my inside who thought he was alone on the track and just ran into me...

Luckily I didnt get to much damage and barely didnt go into the wall.

I wasnt the only one in trouble though. So I picked up a couple of place right off the bat.

And another..

After a lap or two I started to catch up to the others.

I got involved with two guys battling it out and one of them suddenly pushes me off the track and says: "Where do you think your going?"

I was furius! But I managed to calm myself down and go with what I got. I had some luck with me though. One guy two places ahead of me spun out and took someone else with him. Its not realy the way I want to get possitions but I'l take it.

A couple of others spunn out as well and towards the end I was up into P6 gaining fast on Michiel van den Berg. We had three laps of hard fighting with both of us making mistakes. What a thrill it was!

The next lap I was just behind him and missed my breaking spot and locked up my tires and just barley managed to avoid him.

The last corner I was so close to him I had to lift of as I couldnt find a way to go past him. I was just an inch or so from raming into him from behind!

What a battle! And what a strange race! Alot of emotions here. But still alot of fun! See you all at the legendary Suzuka next week!
